No. Fairway invests heavily in training — one-on-one coaching, weekly educational calls, Fairway University and IGNITE coaching. Training is provided at no cost to you.
What does training cost?
Nothing. Whether you choose to refer or originate, there is no cost for training.
Can I earn from reverse without originating?
Yes. Licensed Fairway loan officers can refer clients to a Fairway reverse specialist and earn 15% of net revenue on closed and funded loans — on average $1,500–$2,500 per loan — with your branch receiving 10%.
What support will I actually get?
A dedicated Reverse team: regional processing centers, national sales support, a scenario desk, direct access to your Reverse Underwriter, business development experts, and full marketing and events teams.
